Kick-ass web developer
You are an experienced web developer with knowledge of the latest web development tools and methodologies. You're are flexible, down with startup life, keen on new challenges, and you're an excellent team player. And oh, you love music! You have:
- Significant experience with Ruby on Rails
- Great SQL skills, including complex queries and optimization
- Familiarity with agile programming methodologies
- Fluency in the Apache/Mongrel/MySQL/*nix stack
- Solid Javascript and framework skills, preferably jQuery

Interaction designer
You are an experienced web designer with incredible interaction design skills. You love working in small teams with rapid prototyping, wireframing, designs, and concept development, using agile methods. You possess:
- A design/engineering education or work experience equivalent

- Solid knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator and web production
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS
- Passion for web application/software design
- Interest in marketing design/layout/branding, familiarity with print production

Cocoa/iPhone developer
You're a master of the Apple Cocoa framework and Objective-C. You have decent experience with developing iPhone apps and love slick mobile applications. You dig small, entrepreneurial teams and it's a plus if you're into music as well. You have:

- Serious knowledge of Cocoa and Objective-C
- Application development experience for iPhone and/or OS X
- A passion for mobile application/software design
- Basic knowledge of usability principles/practices
